Nicole W. - Founder/Director
Hello! I’m Nicole, the Founder and Director of Magnolia Grace Senior Care, LLC. I’m also a proud wife to Retired Army Major Gene Wrice, and together we have seven amazing children. With a deep-rooted sense of family and service, it felt only natural for me to dedicate myself to providing excellent in-home care. With over 30 years of experience in the medical field, I have been inspired by a heartfelt commitment to delivering compassionate care and essential resources tailored to the unique needs of each family we serve.
Our mission is to provide exceptional support at every stage of life, from companion care to end-of-life services, offering families the trusted partnership they deserve during life’s most challenging times. As the spouse of a veteran, achieving VA approval was a deeply meaningful milestone, reflecting my dedication to honoring those who have selflessly served our country. At Magnolia Grace, we prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring excellence in every interaction. Caregiving has always been my passion, and my goal is to positively impact as many lives as possible, embodying the warmth, dignity, and professionalism that define the Magnolia Family.

Hi, my name is Heather I was born and raised in Homerville, Georgia. I’ve spent many years working closely with seniors, a calling that has truly shaped my heart and my purpose. I’m graduated from Clinch County High School, earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Valdosta State University and completed my Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Phoenix.
I bring a bubbly, warm personality to my work, and I genuinely love helping people. My faith, my commitment to my church and my passion for serving others guide me every day. I believe deeply in providing privacy, dignity and consistent support to every client and family we serve. I’m a team player at heart — humble, supportive and always ready to step in wherever I’m needed. I’m courageous in advocating for our clients, and I take great pride in making sure our care meets the gold standard Magnolia Grace is known for.

Kenna-Joy - Registered Nurse
Hello, I am Kenna-Joy, I’m a Registered Nurse with 21 years of clinical experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and their families. Throughout my career, I’ve earned a reputation for clinical excellence, sound judgment and the ability to connect with people. I believe nursing is both a science and a calling, and I work to ensure every client is treated with dignity, respect and genuine compassion.
I’m married to a retired Navy veteran of 20 years, and our military life has given me a deep and personal connection to veterans. I understand their experiences, their needs and the kind of support their families often require. That insight allows me to care for veterans with an added level of understanding — while still recognizing the unique needs of all seniors across different backgrounds. I’m also the mother of five amazing children and the grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren. Being surrounded by multiple generations has strengthened my dedication to caregiving and shaped the empathy, patience and respect I bring to senior care every day.

As the Consultant and VA Specialist for Magnolia Grace, I use my firsthand military experience to guide veterans and their families through complex systems with clarity, patience, and integrity. My ability to connect with veterans comes from lived experience—I understand their journey because I have personally walked it.

Hello! My name is Kayla, and I proudly serve as the Marketing Liaison for Magnolia Grace Senior Care in Valdosta. I was born and raised right here in Valdosta, and there’s no place I’d rather be. My husband, Nick, and I are raising our two wonderful children in the same community that shaped me and that’s why this work means so much.
I have always had a heart for serving others, especially seniors. My background in durable medical equipment, neurology, and assisted living has given me a deep understanding of the challenges families face when caring for aging loved ones. But it wasn’t until I joined Magnolia Grace that I truly found a place where my passion could make a lasting impact.
What sets Magnolia Grace apart and what drew me here is the heart behind the care. We’re not just offering a service; we’re creating a community of support, dignity, and compassion. I love that we are the first concierge home care agency in the county, meeting a real need in the lives of the people I know and love.
