Is Magnolia Grace licensed?

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured to provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

How do you screen your caregivers (CNAs and PCAs)?

The Magnolia Grace team is screened using a six-step process. First, Federal and State background checks are conducted. Then references are checked, followed by an in-person interview and verification of their education and training. Finally, a second interview, this time with the CEO of Magnolia Grace, is required.

What do Magnolia Grace's services cost?
Our pricing starts at $30 an hour. Individual pricing depends on care needs and support system needed.
How long do your contracts stay in effect?
Contracts range between three months and two years, or even more.
Can I cancel a contract?
Yes. However, please note contract release requires seven days’ notice.
Do you provide free in-home consultations?

Do you accept long-term care insurance?

How do I schedule a consultation?
Go to magnoliagraceseniorcare.com and submit a request, or call our office.
Do you have a family portal?

Yes, we do. Families can log into our CRM system, called AxisCare, to view their loved one’s schedule, caregivers, notes, and daily ADLs. There, they can also find any forms or documents related to care.

Are fees due up front?
Yes. Clients who are private pay can weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. For those with long-term care insurance, once your claim is approved, your insurance company will pay very 30 days.
What if I want to change caregivers?

No problem! We want your caregiver to be the perfect match.

What happens when you need time off or are sick?
We will provide a replacement caregiver to fill in.
Does Magnolia Grace have a 24-hr answering service?
Yes! Feel free to call us any time, day or night.
