The Live-In Companion Nanny is carefully selected through a screening process that assesses the client’s needs and requests. Allow Magnolia Grace to handle the business details of the service while you and your senior relax and enjoy the benefits. We handle schedule coordination (time off and vacation) for the Nanny including ensuring another highly-qualified substitute Nanny is seamlessly in place during the regular Nanny’s scheduled time off. We also handle payroll for the Nanny. Never worry again about your senior needing assistance in the middle of the night with no one available.
